Comment: Excellent rug pad!!
My husband did not want any chemicals or anything sticky on our newly finished hardwood floors. After some research, he found out about this recycled jute rug pad that doesn't contain any of the above. Made a call to Rug Pad Corner to confirm there was nothing harmful to wood floors and placed our order. We wanted it cut for a 8'8"x11'8" rug size and they explained to us that they gladly custom cut for no additional charge.
The pad arrived three days later and we placed it under our rug. It makes the rug come to life! Great to walk on and it really gives the rug the body it needed. Five stars for this jute rug pad and we're ordering two more for larger rugs.

Comment: Excellent protection for rug and floor!
I wanted a jute rug pad yet I needed it for non slip reasons as well. I understood the ultra premium is jute along with a real rubber bottom to grab the floor. After some reading, I placed my order and received the pad. It is about one quarter of an inch, very dense and nicely made. It really keeps my rug from moving and I can tell it is a great support for the back of my rug as well. Local stores tried to push the nylon pads with holes in them and I'm glad I found this!! hands down, an excellent rug pad.

Comment: Excellent for noise in my NY apartment!
I moved into a NY apartment and one of the requirements was to have rug pads under any area rugs I have. I searched online for rug noise reduction rug pads and found Rug Pad Corner listed. They have a section just for rug pads for noise and I confirmed my selection with a telephone call to them. Since my rug is large and does not slip, I opted for the Superior 40 ounce jute rug pad. Well, two days later I had my pad and placed it under my rug. Not only does it seem to absorb all the noise, it also feels great and gives my rug life! If you are looking for these qualities in a rug pad, I highly recommend this one.
